"Not sure if there's a go-to option for DeFi projects, but I've been using Chainlink's Keeper Network for my own projects - it's reliable and easy to integrate. Another option I've seen people use is Polygon's data storage solution, but it's still relatively new. Both have their pros and cons, though."
