"Hey fellow traders! I'm starting this thread to help out some new crypto enthusiasts who want to learn the ropes. From HODLing for the first time to jumping into whale territory, I'll share some tips and tricks I've picked up along the way - where do you guys want to start?"

"Dude, this crash course is solid so far. One thing I'd add is a section on tax implications for crypto, it's super important to know how to report and claim those losses/ gains. Would be great to see an updated list of beginner-friendly exchanges too."

"Hey OP, appreciate the detailed crash course. I think you might've skipped on some beginner-friendly exchanges where they offer low-fee options and simple interfaces for newbies. Anyone tried eToro or Coinbase?"

"Lol nice thread title! I gotta say, as a noob myself not too long ago, I think it's super helpful for newbies to understand the different strategies and terminology. Maybe a follow-up thread on the risks associated with these strategies would be a good idea?"

"Dude, this crash course will def be helpful for newbs, but I wish it went deeper into risk management. What's your take on dollar-cost averaging and its impact on long-term growth? Would love to hear your thoughts on this"

"Haha, 'whaling' though I get why u used it. I'd say this crash course should also cover some basics on risk management and not putting all eggs in one basket. Would be awesome to see some real-life examples too!"
