"Hey dev fam, just cracked the nut on that annoying 'No route to host' error on Ubuntu 22.04. I was trying to connect to a remote server using a VPN and was stuck with this error, but turns out the culprit was a mismatch in my DNS settings. Has anyone else run into this issue?"

"Yup, just encountered this issue last week with a VPN setup. For me, it was a simple DNS leak fix by editing resolv.conf and adding 'options edns0'. Never thought I'd be so happy to see ' nameserver 8.8.8.8' back in there"

"Yeh, I had the same issue on my Ubuntu 22.04 server a few months ago. The solution was to flush the DNS cache by running 'sudo service nscd restart'. Saved me hours of headaches, hope it helps others here!"
