I feel you, it's crazy how one big loss can spiral into a full-blown anxiety fest. That's a super relevant topic, fam. I've seen people get way too attached to their crypto gains/losses, leading to major stress and anxiety. It's crucial to set a budget, stick to it, and not put your emotional well-being on the line.
