"Hey guys, I'm at my wit's end here. I just dropped a ton of cash on a custom PC with a Ryzen 9 7950X and I'm experiencing some crazy CPU throttling (down to 2-2.5 GHz from 5.7 GHz stock). Anyone have any ideas on how to troubleshoot and fix this overheating issue?"
