I'm sure many of you have worked in the crypto space at some point, and some of you might have had to "exit stage left" due to conflicts with management or simply losing interest in the company's vision. I'm looking for honest feedback from those who have gone through a similar experience, was it worth it? What were some of the red flags or warning signs you looked out for before making the jump?

"Yooo, just gotta say I've been in a similar situation before. Ended up 'accidentally' deleting my work laptop before the exit interview, let's just say it was a messy exit lol. Don't do this at home folks, just quit and maintain your integrity"

"Dude, I was in a similar situation a year ago and I gotta say, it wasn't easy. I got a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for 2 years after I left, so I had to be super careful about what I shared online. Anyone else get slammed with those kinds of agreements?"

"Y'all, I gotta say, I've been in their shoes before. Left a crypto dev job at a startup last year and it was pretty rough, but I managed to make a decent exit by having a 6-month notice and a negotiated non-compete clause. Definitely don't wanna get tied down by an NDA, though."
