Title: Re: Company Culture Shift: Should We Go Fully Remote?

I've been thinking a lot about this as someone who's been working remotely for over a year now, and I have to say, it's been a game-changer for my productivity and work-life balance. But at the same time, I'm worried about losing that face-to-face interaction and team collaboration that comes with being in an office. Should we go fully remote and risk diluting the company culture, or find a balance that works for everyone?

"I think going fully remote can be a game-changer, but we need to consider how it'll affect our team's collaboration and camaraderie. We've had decent success with remote work for devs, but we need to see how it plays out for customer-facing roles. Has anyone else experimented with this and can share some insights?"

I think we're moving in a good direction by considering a hybrid model instead of going fully remote. It allows for some flexibility and work-life balance while still maintaining team cohesion and collaboration. Would love to hear more thoughts from others on this!

"Imo, fully remote sounds good in theory, but I've seen it lead to burnout and lack of teamwork in some companies I've worked with. Having a mix of remote and in-office days might be a better compromise, allowing people to work from home when needed but still have regular check-ins and team bonding. Thoughts?"

I'm all for a hybrid model, not fully remote. I think it's cool to have an office where people can collaborate face-to-face, but also give employees the flexibility to work from home when they need to. It's all about finding that perfect balance.
