Title: Company Culture Killers: How to Handle a Difficult Team Member

"Hey everyone, I'm looking for some advice on how to deal with a team member who's consistently causing issues within the office. We've got a talented developer who's always late, doesn't respond to emails, and clashes with the rest of the team. Has anyone else had to deal with a situation like this?"

"Preach on! I've dealt with those toxic team members before and it's always a pain to manage. If I had to choose, I'd say setting clear boundaries and having an open discussion with the person usually does the trick."

"Yup, been there done that. Had to deal with a toxic team lead who thought they were the CEO of the company. In the end, we just had to let them go, but it was a total nightmare while it lasted"
