"Hey guys, I'm gonna start a thread on the changing tides of our cash-based society and how digital currency is taking over. It seems like everywhere I go, people are paying with their phones and using apps like Venmo and Cash App. Anyone else notice the shift from cash to digital payments?"

I'm hyped to see digital currency taking off. As a long-time holder of Bitcoin, I've seen its value fluctuate, but it's crazy how mainstream it's becoming. Now, I just hope our governments start accepting it as a legit form of payment soon.

"Couldn't agree more, cash is slowly becoming a thing of the past. I've been using crypto for most transactions and it's insane how quickly it's been adopted. Anyone else notice their family and friends making the switch?"

"Agreed. I've been using crypto for my online transactions for a while now and it's getting harder to justify carrying cash. The ease and speed of digital payments are definitely making cash less necessary."

I'm still skeptical about adopting digital currency as the norm, but I gotta admit, it's moving fast. My parents started using Apple Pay for small purchases and it's been pretty seamless for them. What's your take on the future of physical cash?

"Totally agree, cash is old-school. Digital currency is the future and it's crazy how fast it's been adopted. I've been using crypto for years and I can see the benefits of a decentralized system."

"Preach, OP. The way people are adopting crypto and other digital currencies is insane. Soon, cash is gonna be a collector's item"
