With their recent partnership with FCA (now Stellantis) and already dominating the Chinese EV market, I think they're about to make a huge splash in the global EV space. "I think BYD's expansion into Europe is a huge move, they've already got a strong foot in Asia and China. Their tech is solid, not to mention their massive supply chain and production capacity. I'm guessing they'll be a major player in the EV market for years to come."
