Hey all, I'm posting this thread because I've been dealing with a frustrating issue on a popular crypto exchange. I was trying to swap some ALGO tokens, but the contract got stuck in limbo, and I was left with a huge loss. Has anyone else experienced similar problems with their swap contracts?

"Been through this myself with a swap contract on Polkadot, ended up taking it to small claims court and managed to get a partial refund. Definitely recommend keeping records of all conversations with the exchange, it's your best ammo in these disputes. Anyone else have any success stories with getting a resolution?"
