I opened a dispute for a cancelled trade and after weeks of back-and-forth, they're still trying to weasel out of paying my $10k loss. Has anyone else dealt with a similar situation?

Lol been there done that on Binance, got my account locked for trying to reverse a chargeback, and the customer support was super unhelpful. If a exchange can't handle disputes correctly, they shouldn't be in business.
