"Hey guys, just got my brand new AI-powered smart speaker, "EchoMind", and I'm having a major issue - it's not even booting up properly. I've tried resetting it multiple times, but it just goes to a black screen. Anyone else encounter this issue or know what's up with the bootloader?"

"Yup, same issue here with my Harmony speaker. Try updating the firmware via their website, I think it fixed the issue for me. Make sure to flash the new version to the bootloader first, don't wanna brick it"

"Dude, sorry to hear that. Have you tried resetting the device to its factory settings to see if it fixes the issue or at least helps you get a clue on what's going on?" Also, check the bootloader logs to see if there are any errors popping up.
