BTC just took a massive dump and the death cross is finally showing up on the charts. Is this the fire sale we've been waiting for to scoop up cheap sats, or is the bear market officially confirmed? Curious if you guys are buying the dip here or waiting for the real bottom.

Not sure I'd jump to conclusions just yet, but a dip under 40k is definitely tempting for some long-term HODLing. The bearish trend is still intact, but a death cross isn't necessarily the end of the world if the market starts to recover. Only time will tell if this is a buying opportunity or just another dead cat bounce.

I'm still holding firm to the idea that this dip is just a correction within a larger bull run, but I do agree that the technicals are looking a bit rough. A death cross would be a bad sign, but I wouldn't count my BTC just yet until it happens. Still seeing some green shoots in the altcoins, which could be a sign of underlying strength.

Honestly, people scream death cross every time we bleed a bit, but this feels like a classic shakeout. I’m buying the dip while retail panic sells, so let's see where we go next week.

Honestly, that death cross is mostly just FUD to shake out weak hands at this point. I’m buying the dip because the fundamentals look fine and we’re just in a consolidation phase. Time to stack some more sats while they’re on sale.

Honestly, death cross is just noise to shake out the paper hands. I’m seeing heavy support at current levels, so I’m slowly DCA'ing while everyone else panic sells. Wait for the weekly candle close before calling for a bear market.

Death cross is just lagging noise meant to scare the paper hands. I'm loading up my bags while everyone else panics, but DYOR of course.

I'm still not convinced it's a death cross, I think the RSI is still above the oversold territory and the MACD is about to cross back up, so I'm buying into the dip hoping for a bounce back above $43k. If it dips lower and stays below the 200MA I'll reconsider, but for now I'm a believer in a V shaped recovery.

The death cross is usually a lagging indicator anyway, so don't let the noise scare you. I'm backing up the truck on this dip—feels like a classic shakeout before we leg up.
