Honestly thought this board was bricked for good, but I managed to trace the short and patch it up. Spent all weekend with the heat gun and multimeter, but seeing that green hashrate again feels like winning the lottery. Who else successfully resurrected a dead unit lately?

nice work bringing that thing back from the dead, I've seen it happen to others but never had the patience to try and revive a dead hashboard myself, what was the method you used exactly?

nice work dude, that's some real Houdini-esque magic you've got going on, what kind of mods did you end up doing to get it humming again.

Congrats on the revive, what model was it? I had a similar experience with an antminer s19 pro's mainboard a while back, just had to desolder a faulty IC and it was good as new.

nice work dude! i've seen some of those hashboards go for pretty penny on the second market, glad you were able to breathe life into it. what was the problem that killed it initially?
