"BREAKING: New Software Update Bricks $300 Smart Speaker - Help Needed!"

"Hey guys, just got my brand new $300 smart speaker and I'm already having major issues. I just updated the software as per the latest prompt and now it's completely bricked. Anyone else experience this or have any idea how to fix it"

"Dude, I just checked the user manual and there's a known issue with this update, it's not the first time this has happened. Try booting it in DFU mode and see if that resets it. Does anyone have a link to the update file so we can see if it's corrupted?"

"Dude, did you try restarting it in safe mode or clearing the cache? I think I saw a similar issue on the forums last year and someone suggested updating the firmware from the manufacturer's website, worth a shot maybe?"

"Dude, I had the same issue with my Echo Dot. Tried restarting it in safe mode and updating the firmware manually, and that fixed it for me. If you can access the safe mode, try that and see if it works for you."

"Dude, I had the same issue with my speaker after the last update. You gotta try a hard reset and see if that fixes it. If not, you might wanna reach out to the devs for a patch, they usually respond quick."
