"Hey guys, I'm thinking of dipping my toes into the world of ethical hacking, but I'm not sure where to start. Is there a beginner-friendly resource or course that can teach me the basics without costing me a fortune? Anyone have some tips or personal experiences to share on getting started?"

"Been there, done that, got the t-shirt. I started learning about ethical hacking through online courses and practice labs - Udemy and Cybrary are solid resources. Now I'm helping my little bro learn the ropes, hope he doesn't get too hooked"

"This thread is super timely for me, been looking to learn more about ethical hacking for a side project. Has anyone tried the 'Hack the Box' platform for practice? What are some other beginner-friendly resources y'all recommend?"

"Yooo, I'm loving this thread! I've been dabbling in bug bounty programs and the info shared in this thread is super valuable. If anyone's new to ethical hacking, I highly recommend checking out Cybrary's free courses."
