Hey guys, I'm super frustrated with the whole crypto exchange dispute resolution situation. I just lost a significant amount on Binance due to a chargeback and no matter what I do, the 'arbitration' process is taking ages, if it even gets off the ground. Has anyone else had a similar experience or is it just me?

I'm starting to think arbitration has indeed failed us. I've been burned by one of these "neutral" arbitration services before, and it just felt like they were taking the exchange's side. Time for a more transparent and community-driven approach, imo.

Yooo, I'm so done with these crypto exchanges not having our backs. Arbitration's been a total fail imo, it's just a facade to protect their own interests. Anyone else thinking of jumping ship to a decentralized exchange?

I've been saying this for years, but it feels like arbitration in the crypto space is just a fancy way of saying "we'll take your money and may or may not give you a fair verdict". I've seen cases drag on for months or even years with no clear resolution, and that's just not acceptable. We need a more transparent and efficient system, or else people will keep taking their business (and their funds) elsewhere.
