Hey fellow HODLers, just got word that popular crypto exchange, CryptoMax, is being accused of running a massive scam, allegedly freezing user funds without warning. Anyone else affected? Seeking advice on what to do next, specifically on whether to go through arbitration or take other action.

Has anyone else heard about this? If I'm reading it right, the exchange is denying all allegations and refusing to return user funds. Has anyone had any experience with arbitration services for crypto disputes?

Man, this is crazy - can't believe a legit exchange got hit with these allegations. Has anyone else's account been frozen pending the investigation? Does anyone know what kind of arbitration options are available to us as users?

Dude, that's rough. Have you tried reaching out to the exchange's support team or CS representative to see if they can provide any clarification or assistance? Also, have you checked the terms of service to see if you can file a dispute or get a refund?

Hey guys, I've been through something similar and I recommend reaching out to the Crypto Arbitration Forum, they've got a good track record of helping users resolve disputes with exchanges. From what I've seen, they've got a process in place that can help you get some answers and potentially get your funds back. Would definitely be happy to help facilitate a discussion if needed.
