"Hey OP, I've gotta disagree with #3 - swapping out the stock cooler for a decent aftermarket one is a game-changer, but it's not gonna make a huge difference for most people unless you're pushing insane OCs. I'd say skip the fancy RGB fans and just get a good 120mm or 140mm fan for your GPU - that'll give you more of a boost. Anyone else have a sweet spot for CPU upgrades?"
