The market is brutal right now, so I figured I'd share a few tactics that actually helped me close more partners and investors recently. It’s crazy how much of a difference quality networking makes compared to just spamming generic DMs. Curious to hear what’s working for the rest of you to keep the pipeline full?

I'm not sure I agree with the idea of using paid influencers as a primary strategy, have seen too many times they don't deliver as promised. I think building a strong community and providing real value to your users is way more effective in the long run. Has anyone else had success with other strategies like content marketing or social media engagement?

I've found that having a solid Telegram community is key, engaging with users, building a following, and sharing updates consistently keeps the deal flow steady. Also, collaborating with influencers or other established projects can be a game-changer for getting your project in front of new eyes. Anyone have any success stories with these tactics?

I've found that building a strong community around your project is key, it creates a buzz and people are more likely to share and get others on board. Also, having clear and concise messaging helps to cut through the noise and get your pitch in front of the right people. Has anyone else had success with these kinds of strategies?

Honestly, it's all about who you know in this space right now. Cold emails are totally dead, you're better off hitting up conferences and the afterparties.

Solid advice, especially the part about leveraging Telegram communities. Honestly, we’ve found that attending IRL conferences is way more effective for deal flow than just grinding emails.

Solid breakdown, thanks for sharing. Honestly, nothing beats grinding in TG and Discord to build real connections before you even pitch. Cold outreach is pretty much dead in this cycle.

Solid advice. Honestly, nothing beats grinding on Twitter Spaces to build genuine hype before you pitch. If the community isn't bought in, VCs won't even look at your deck.
