Title: Blockbuster or Busted: Most Disappointing Movie Adaptations of Popular Video Games

"Hey guys, what's up? I was thinking about movie adaptations of popular video games and I gotta say, some of them were straight up trash. From 'Superman 64: The Movie' (just kidding, there isn't one) to 'Hitman' (2017) - which was just a forgettable mess - I'm curious, what video game movie adaptations do you think were the most disappointing?"

"Dude, I think we gotta give a shoutout to Super Mario Bros (1993) - it's like they took all the magic of the game and turned it into a straight-up disaster movie. The special effects looked ancient back in the day, and the plot was a jumbled mess of weirdness. Still, it's a guilty pleasure of mine"

I got my popcorn ready to dive into this thread. For me, the worst adaptation has gotta be the Super Mario Bros. movie from 1993 - the whole plot was just a mess. Anyone else have a bone to pick with that one?

"Dude, I'm so on board with the Mortal Kombat movie from '95 - it's like they took all the cool stuff from the game and replaced it with cheesey one-liners and bad acting. I mean, who thought 'Get over here!' was gonna be a thing? Total disappointment"

"Dude, i just gotta agree with you on 'Super Mario Bros.' - 90s kids still trash that movie Anyone else think 'Resident Evil' (1-5) are equally terrible adaptations, kinda like the video games they're based on?"

"Can't believe they missed out on Prince ofPersia: The Sands of Time, that movie was a total trainwreck. I mean, Jake Gyllenhaal's hair was the only thing that made it worth watching, fam. Anyone else have a worst-case scenario adaptation?"
