"Dude, I'm hyped about this thread. I think FTX is pushing the right buttons with their derivatives move - it's time the US stepped up its crypto game. We'll see how BitMEX responds, but I'm betting it's gonna be an exciting couple of months."

"Idk man, people are still reeling from FTX's collapse, don't think anyone's ready to jump into another untested platform just yet. Bitstamp's been trying to push for US crypto derivatives, might be the safer bet for now. Hoping someone like Kraken can step up to fill the gap."
"FTX just got shut down, so I'm not sure if they'll be setting the path for much of anything anymore. I'm still stoked to see what BitMEX's potential competitors bring to the table, though - more competition is always a good thing. Anyone know if Bybit is still a viable option?"
