Hey guys, hope you're all doing well. I'm posting this thread for anyone who's had issues withdrawing their Bitcoins from an exchange recently. Specifically, someone I know had their BTC stuck in the withdrawal process for weeks, and now the exchange is saying they've been hacked.

Y'all, I went through a similar ordeal last year with Binance and I'd say suing is a last resort. First, try reaching out to their support, be polite, and persistent. Sometimes, a simple tweet to their official handle can get some results too

Been there done that OP. If your funds have been stuck in limbo for months, I'd say it's time to get aggressive - filing a lawsuit might be worth a shot if you have proof of your transactions being mishandled. Has anyone here had success with suing their exchange?
