"Guys, I wanted to bring up a topic that's been on my mind lately - the rising cases of Bitcoin exchange scams. I've seen some people fall victim to these, thinking the exchange was legit and the code was solid. But what happens when the code is indeed flawed, and the arbitrators step in to make things right - is it a legitimate way for exchanges to get out of their obligations?"

"Dude, I was hit by a scammer on Binance last month. I think it's all about the code, and how much due diligence they do on devs. Glad to see the Arbitrators stepping up to protect us, though."

"Preach, bro. These fake exchanges think they're above the law, but a thorough audit can expose their code flaws faster than you can say 'fork this'. The arbitrators are our real MVPs in these cases, giving us a chance to recover our losses."

"Dude, I feel you - been following some of these exchange scams and it's crazy how they get away with it. They prey on newbies who don't know any better and use the 'code is open-source' excuse when things go south. Need better regulation ASAP."

I've seen this issue pop up a few times - it's always a good idea to do your research and go with a reputable exchange, not some fly-by-night operation. Even with the best intentions, flawed code can lead to massive losses for uninformed users. Does anyone know of any safe exchanges that have a solid track record?

"Yooo, just wanted to add that it's super important for exchanges to have transparent code review processes in place. That way, users can feel more confident in their funds being handled securely. Can't stress enough how crucial it is for exchanges to prioritize security over profits."
