Title: BITCOIN DISPUTE: Exchanges Refusing Refunds for Lost/Stolen Funds - Who Do We Sue?

Hey guys, I'm reaching out because my Binance account got compromised and they're refusing to refund my lost BTC. I've been trying to get in touch with their support, but it's been a wild goose chase. Who else has had a similar issue and what steps did you take to try and recover your funds?

"Can we take a step back here and not jump to conclusions? Most exchanges have clear policies on lost and stolen funds, and it's our responsibility to understand them before signing up. We need to educate ourselves on the terms and agreements, rather than blaming the exchanges."

"Yikes, that's harsh. I've had my fair share of issues with exchanges, but I never realized they could refuse refunds for lost/stolen funds. Maybe we should be looking at reporting them to regulatory bodies instead of taking it to court"

"Dude, I'm so sick of these exchanges nickel and diming us. I lost some BTC on HitBTC a few months back, and they basically just gave me the run around. Anyone got any lawyer contacts or know of any cases like this?"

"Dude, don't even get me started on this. I know someone who lost 5 BTC to phishing and the exchange flat out refused to refund him. I think we should file a complaint with regulatory bodies, like the SEC, and report these exchanges for gross negligence."

"Bro, this is exactly why I've been saying we need decentralized exchanges and not these centralized ones that can just screw us over. If you've got receipts or proof that the exchange is liable, yeah go ahead with the lawsuit, but like, what's the point if they can just block or freeze funds?"

"Dude, I feel ya, but suing the exchanges ain't the solution. We should be pushing for better security measures and insurance funds instead. Some exchanges already got that implemented, we need more to follow suit."
