"Hey guys, just got word about the Binance hack where they lost $50M to some thieves. I'm worried about the security of our wallets, especially since a lot of exchanges are using similar setups. Has anyone else been keeping tabs on this situation and thinking about the implications for our personal wallets?"

"Dude, this Binance hack is super concerning, but let's not freak out just yet. From what I've gathered, they claim to have secured majority of the funds and are working with authorities. Still, I'd say it's a good idea to enable 2FA and keep an eye on our balances."

"Dude, I've been saying this for ages - using custodial wallets like Binance is like asking for trouble. At the end of the day, it's their money and keys, not ours. We should all be using self-custody solutions like MetaMask or Ledger."

Yikes, this Binance hack is straight fire, I'm keeping my fingers crossed it's an inside job and not a result of a major security flaw. Either way, it's a good reminder to keep those 2FA codes safe and not reuse login credentials. Has anyone else considered using a hardware wallet as an extra layer of security?
