"Binance Support Just Ghosted Me - Scam or Just Plain Awful Customer Service?"

"I'm reaching out to see if anyone else has had issues with Binance support lately. I submitted a ticket a week ago about a suspicious transaction on my account and haven't received any response. Has anyone else been ghosted by their support team?"

I'm not surprised, I've had a few decent interactions with Binance support in the past but mostly it's been hit or miss. They might be ghosting you because your issue isn't serious enough to warrant a personal response, but still, they should at least acknowledge receipt of your request. Maybe try reaching out via a different channel, like their social media or live chat?

"Yooo, been there done that, fam. Had a similiar experience with Binance support last year, just got no response after sending in a ticket for weeks. Guess they're not doing too hot on the customer service side"

"same here dude, been trying to resolve an issue for weeks and they just don't respond, super frustrating. Their response time is literally non-existent. Guess it's just a case of 'ghosting' support, not uncommon in the crypto space sadly"
