I'm not surprised, I've had a few decent interactions with Binance support in the past but mostly it's been hit or miss. They might be ghosting you because your issue isn't serious enough to warrant a personal response, but still, they should at least acknowledge receipt of your request. Maybe try reaching out via a different channel, like their social media or live chat?
