I just got a notice from Binance freezing my account due to "suspicious activity" and I'm fuming. Apparently, they're asking me to fill out a lengthy arbitration form, which honestly just seems like a waste of time. Does anyone else out there have any experience with this or know what I should do next?

Dude, I feel for the guy, but you gotta respect the ToS. Binance froze accounts for less suspicious reasons, so I don't think this is an isolated case. Anyone have a link to the actual terms they were accused of violating?

Hey OP, I had a similar issue with them last year. They froze my account and I had to wait weeks for it to get resolved. Turns out it was just a case of them flagging my account for 'suspicious activity', but they eventually lifted the freeze once I provided some extra ID and info.

I'm not saying Binance is perfect, but from what I know, their terms of service clearly state that they can freeze accounts at their discretion, and if you agree to those terms when signing up, you kinda have to accept that risk. I've been in the space for a while and unfortunately, it's common to see exchanges take action against users they deem suspicious.
