Title: Binance Arbitrage Opportunity: Too Good to Be True?

Just got this PM from a "whale" and I'm not sure what to make of it. Apparently, there's an arbitrage opportunity on Binance where we can buy a certain altcoin on the USDT pair, sell it on the BUSD pair for a 10% profit, and the whale is willing to front some capital for liquidity. Anyone else heard about this or have any experience with Binance arbitrage?
