"Big Sur to Ventura: What's Changed and What's Still Broken?"

So I just upgraded from Big Sur to Ventura on my MacBook, and I'm curious to know what others are experiencing. I've noticed some UI tweaks and changes to Safari, but not much else so far. Has anyone else had to deal with any major compatibility issues or bugs?
