"Yup, agree with OP that transparency is key, folks should know what they're getting into before investing in any project. Also, proper community engagement and updates go a long way in building trust with users. Any other best practices y'all want to share?"

"Hey guys, I think a big part of best practices is keeping your keys safe, don't even think about storing them in a cloud wallet. Two-factor auth and a hardware wallet are a must in my book. Anyone else got any other essentials they always follow?"

Y'all, for me best practice is always 2FA - it's a no-brainer. I also make it a habit to store my private keys in a safe, separate from my exchange accounts. Anyone got any tips for keeping those pesky phishing emails at bay?

For me, the biggest takeaway is to keep your keys separate from your nodes, just in case one gets compromised. Also, never use a public wifi to access your exchange or wallet, that's just too easy for a phishing attack. Anyone else got any other essentials they'd add to the list?

"Yooo, I'm down to chat about best practices. One thing I always stress to newbies is to never expose your private keys. That's like asking to get rug-pulled or hacked – bad combo"

"Hey guys, for me personally, it's all about secure 2FA and offline backups. Having those in place gives me some peace of mind when dealing with my cryptos. Anyone got any other solid tips?"
