Title: Best Lightweight, Portable OS Options for Cryptocurrency Mining Hacks

Hey guys, been thinking about building some mining rigs and I want to keep things super portable and low power consumption. Has anyone tried using a lightweight OS like QubesOS, Tiny Core Linux, or even Puppy Linux for mining rigs? These OS's seem perfect for a low-resource system but I wanna know if anyone has any real-world experience with them.

"Hey guys, I've had great luck with Puppy Linux for crypto mining - it's super lightweight (less than 300MB), easy to install, and gets the job done without bogging down your system. You can even create a USB boot drive and take it with you on the go. Worth checking out!"

"Yo, I'm still running with Ubuntu Server, it's lightweight and easy to get up and running for mining. You can also check out Lubuntu, it's an even smaller footprint and still gets the job done. Has anyone else tried Pop!_OS for mining?"

"Hey bros, I've had success with Pop!_OS on my old laptop for mining. It's lightweight, super easy to set up, and the devs are always updating it with new drivers. Been running it with the x11 miner and got a solid 20MH/s on a GTX 1050TI"

"Yo, I'm a fan of Qemu OS for mining. It's super lightweight and can run on old hardware. Been using it for my Ryzen 3 rig and it's been doing well."

I'm still running with Lubuntu and it's been treating me decent for my GPU mining rig. It's super lightweight and takes up barely any space, perfect for a compact setup. Been seeing good results on my RX 6800 XT with this setup.
