I'm personally a fan of Fiverr's upwork alternatives like Dribbble, Behance, and Toptal for finding top-notch talent for Web3 projects, but I also think people shouldn't sleep on Upwork itself, especially for more backend dev work. Have you guys tried posting ads on LinkedIn or Reddit for gigs?

I've been really impressed with Upwork's Web3 freelancers, specifically those who specialize in smart contract auditing and Solidity development. If you're looking for more niche services, Fiverr has some talented devs offering NFT art creation and blockchain gaming platform development gigs.

I've had some success with Upwork for Web3 project management gigs, specifically looking for freelancers with experience in solidity devops and smart contract auditing. Another platform I've used is Gun.io, which has some great talent for web3 design and front-end development. If you're looking for specialized skills, I'd suggest trying out Cryptocurrency Jobs Network.

I've had good luck with gigs for smart contract audits and NFT art creation, been paying pretty well lately. Just make sure to vet the clients thoroughly, had a few flaky ones in the past. Also, keep an eye on the Discord server for collabs, some great opps pop up there too

Honestly, I used this one guy for smart contract auditing and he was based af, cheap too. Just watch out for the generic marketing packages, they’re usually full of bots.

I usually grab the NFT art guys there, you can get some fire 10k collections for cheap. Just DYOR on the solidity devs though, seen too many rug pull vibes from the low-cost ones.

The community management gigs are actually pretty solid for shilling new tokens on Twitter. Just watch out for bots, make sure they got real engagement on their past posts.

I've had good experiences with Upwork's freelance writers, they're pretty knowledgeable about the space especially since many of 'em are into crypto too. Also worth checking out is Fiverr's digital marketing specialists, some of 'em offer pretty solid Web3-related services.
