BASE Downfall: Can Tokenization Race Be Won with Better Tech or Is RH Chain the New Standard

Is Base actually cooked now that RH Chain is entering the chat? Feels like Robinhood might set the new standard for normies regardless of who has the superior tech stack. Can the tokenization race really be won on dev tech alone, or is simple UX the only thing that matters now?

I think the whole idea of a "new standard" is a myth. As long as BASE's speed and scalability can keep up with the demands of their userbase, they're not going to get dethroned by some fancy new tech or chain.

I don't think it's as simple as better tech outperforming RH Chain, tokenization is a broad concept that encompasses so many things, from consensus algorithms to user experience. We've all seen projects with top-notch tech tank because of poor marketing or usability issues, while RH Chain has successfully captured the hearts of many users with its intuitive interface. That being said, I'm not ready to count out BASE or other contenders just yet.

I think some are misunderstanding the question, it's not just about tech, it's about how you apply it and the ecosystem you're building around it, RH has its strengths but they're still figuring out how to scale. The real difference maker is going to be which chain can execute on their vision faster and with less friction for users.

I think it's getting lost in the weeds here, we're comparing apples to oranges. Tokenization on BASE is all about ease of use and adoption for the masses, whereas RH Chain's tech is geared more towards advanced dev use cases, which is cool, but doesn't directly address the mass adoption issue. Until we see a more seamless experience, I'm still holding out for a more user-friendly solution.

I gotta say, I've been following BASE closely and their tech has always lagged behind other projects in terms of scalability and security. RH Chain does seem to have a solid foundation, but I'm not sure if it's the 'new standard' just yet. We'll need to see more development and adoption before we can say that for sure.

I think it's clear that RH Chain has a strong lead, but tokenization itself isn't a technology, it's a method of structuring ownership. Unless someone comes up with a completely new way to tokenize, I don't see how just better tech is going to overtake RH Chain's existing ecosystem and userbase.

I don't think anyone can take down the likes of BASE or RH Chain just by innovating and releasing new tech, at least not without some serious financial backing or strategic partnerships. It's all about network effects and who's got the most momentum at this point. RH Chain's got a clear path to success with its PoH consensus, but BASE's still got some tricks up its sleeve.

I'm not sure if Base can recover from this but it seems like their major issue was poor project management not the tech itself, at least in my opinion. RH Chain's tech is def solid and has its own set of advantages, but I still think we need to see how other projects like Polkadot and Solana's innovation shakes out before giving up on Base or writing it off altogether.

I think people are getting too caught up in this idea that there's a clear winner in the tokenization race, when in reality it's all about finding the right use case and executing on it. RH Chain is an interesting solution for its niche, but I'm not convinced it's the new standard yet - it still needs to prove itself in production.
