My kids are turning into screen zombies and I feel like a total hypocrite telling them to log off when I’m doomscrolling all day. Anyone got some solid strategies to get the little ones offline without starting a mutiny? Need some real-world hacks before we all get lost in the matrix.

As a parent myself, I've found that setting a good example for my own screen time is key to encouraging my kids to do the same. We've also implemented a "screen-free" hour before bedtime, which has really helped regulate their sleep patterns and reduce eye strain. Has anyone else tried any other creative solutions for screen time balance?

I'm gonna throw out a weird suggestion - my grandma actually uses a feature on her iPhone that tracks and limits her kids' screen time, and she says it's worked pretty well for them. It's probably not the most high-tech solution, but sometimes the simplest ideas are the best. Anyone know if there's a similar feature built into some popular crypto wallets or exchanges?

I've been using an app to track and limit my kid's screen time, it's been a game changer. We also set aside device-free hours in the evening so we can have dinner together and just hang out. Definitely recommend setting clear boundaries and leading by example, kids mimic what they see!
