Hey guys, I wanted to start this thread because I've seen some of you vent about crypto-related stress and anxiety. On the other hand, some of our members have claimed that making money from crypto has improved their mental well-being. What's the real deal? Is crypto a blessing or a curse for mental health?

Honestly, I've seen a lot of anxiety and stress in our community, but for me, the thrill of HODLing and being part of the crypto space has actually been a blessing for my mental health. It's a community that's super supportive and understanding of the crypto rollercoaster we all ride together.

Honestly, I think crypto is more of a curse for mental health right now. The hype cycles, FUD, and market swings are super stressful, and I've seen friends and colleagues get burned out from it. Maybe once things calm down, it'll be more of a blessing.

I think crypto can be a bit of both, honestly. On one hand, it's a huge stressor when you're hyped up about a coin and it tanks. On the other hand, it's also given me a sense of purpose and community during difficult times, like the lockdowns.

I gotta say, I think the hype around crypto can be a real mental health rollercoaster - the highs of a profitable trade can be exhilarating, but the lows of a bad investment can be crushing. I've seen folks get anxious or even depressed after a significant loss. Anyone else experience this?
