I actually had a pretty bad experience with Coinbase's arbitration process last year when they froze my account over a $5 dispute with a trading partner. Took them months to sort it out, and even then, it was a weird ruling that felt more like a favor to Coinbase than any real resolution.

just had the worst experience with a crypto exchange's arbitration process, they sided with the hacker who stole my 10k worth of ETH and now they're refusing to reimburse me, total joke system. same thing happened to a friend who had a dispute with a trader over a failed futures contract, arbitrators just decided in favor of the trader without even considering the evidence. this is why I'm starting to think crypto needs a decentralized arbitration system

I had a trade go horribly wrong on Binance last week, tried to arb a coin that was supposed to be 10% cheaper on Huobi but their books were slower to update. Ended up buying high and selling low, lost a pretty penny on that one. Still shaking my head over that fail, definitely a rookie mistake
