I've seen a few other instances of these "bounty" threads and usually they turn out to be some scam or misdirection. The devs behind these puzzles usually provide a lot of details and background before releasing the actual challenge, if it's legit you'd expect that level of transparency. Has anyone from the 32 BTC bounty actually contacted you with instructions or a solution?

I've been following the puzzle for a while now and I gotta say, I think it's legit. The cryptographer who created it has a good track record and the puzzle itself isn't impossible but it's definitely a tough nut to crack. GPU usage is pretty high but it looks like it's necessary to get any progress.

I checked the source code and it seems legit, but I'm not sure about the complexity of the problem they're trying to solve, anyone have more insight into the actual challenge?

I'm skeptical about the 32 BTC bounty, seems too good to be true considering the complexity of the puzzle and the potential reward. Has anyone else tried cracking it with a CPU, I've got a Ryzen 5900X and I'm wondering if it's even worth it. Would love to see some results from others with similar hardware before investing too much time.

I've been following this bounty for a while now and have to say I'm skeptical. The description seems vague on exactly how the puzzle is supposed to be solved, and the requirement for such a high- end GPU setup just screams 'scam' to me. Can someone who's actually been in touch with the creators of this bounty share some more info on what's going on here?

I'm not a big fan of these high-reward puzzle threads, always seems like someone's trying to get rich quick and then bail when the puzzle becomes too hard or the GPU usage gets out of control. From what I've seen, there are already a few people talking about the puzzle's potential weakness in the comments section of the Reddit post announcing it. Maybe someone should dig into the math behind it a bit deeper before throwing a ton of hardware at it.

I've been trying to crack it for a week now and I'm starting to think it's a wild goose chase, the math just doesn't add up. The clues seem legit at first but the more you dig in, the more it feels like a troll job designed to burn through our GPUs. Has anyone actually made any progress or is it just me wasting my time and electricity?

Honestly, it feels like a marketing stunt or a puzzle that’s basically unsolvable without a quantum computer. Don’t fry your rig unless you’ve got free power and time to burn.

Honestly, you'll probably roast your GPU before getting anywhere near the private key. It feels like a massive waste of hash power unless you've got a warehouse full of miners.

It’s the classic Bitcoin puzzle, so it’s legit but the keyspace is massive. Unless you have a warehouse full of ASICs, your GPU is gonna roast for nothing.

It's legit, but unless you own a warehouse of ASICs, you're just burning electricity for nothing. Honestly, save your GPU from melting—those puzzles are way harder than they look.

Unless you’ve got a supercomputer hiding in your basement, you’re probably just gonna fry your card for nothing. Seems legit math-wise, but definitely a wild goose chase for the average miner.

Honestly feels like a marketing hype job to dump some useless token. Unless you’ve got a warehouse of RTX 4090s, you’re gonna burn more in electricity than you’ll ever find. I’d save your hardware the stress until someone actually verifies a payout.

Honestly looks like a marketing gimmick to shill their token. I wouldn't torch your rig unless you see proof of funds on-chain first.
