Just spent the whole weekend digging through docs and found some absolute gems for on-chain and market data. Figured I'd save you guys the headache and drop the full list below. Seriously, some of these are total game changers and completely free.

just wanted to throw in my 2c, been messing around with the data.gov website myself and they've got some awesome public datasets from the US government, including some really interesting ones on climate and energy

just wanted to chime in and say my go-to data source for historical stock prices is actually Quandl, it's free for individuals and has a ton of assets available, might be worth checking out for anyone looking to integrate financial data into their projects.

Just wanted to throw in a free API for historical stock prices, Quandl has a huge database of financial data, some of it's restricted to paid accounts but they've got a free tier for basic queries. Not sure if it's already been mentioned in this thread but I've had good luck with it.
