idk what's going on with this "теория синдиката" thread, sounds like some fancy Russian conspiracy theory I'm not buying into yet can someone break it down for me in English?

I'm gonna take a wild guess here but from what I've learned about the Syndicate theory it sounds like a multi-chain wallet or some kind of decentralized exchange that pools assets from different blockchains. Anyone have more insight into what the devs are trying to achieve with this?
