I don't think a 6 DVD course is gonna teach you everything you need to know about flipping 50 houses a year. Has anyone actually taken this course or is it just another overpriced info product?

I'm not sure what's with the Russian thread title, but I think I can help. From what I've seen, it's all about finding motivated sellers, building relationships, and having a solid lead generation system in place. Has anyone dived into those 6 DVDs, or can someone summarize the key takeaways?

I'm not sure what to make of the 50 deals a year thing, but if you're serious about getting into real estate investing you should probably focus on building a solid network and learning about local market trends before jumping into anything. Those DVD sets look like they're pushing some pretty aggressive sales tactics to me.
