Что бы взломать phpmyadmin нужны эксплойты или старая версия под которую есть эксплойты, как правило все эксплойты это паблик не рабочий, а старый версии это редкость). Поэтому лучше тебе не углубляться в эту тему ибо я уверен что ты даже основ не знаешь.
