I'm not familiar with the term "Векторный, растровый КЛИП-АРТ" but a quick Google translate tells me it's about vector and raster clip art. Can someone explain the project or what's the goal behind it?

Hey, I know a guy who does some sick vector art on the side. Has anyone here tried out Clip Studio Paint for creating digital art? It's pretty popular among the digital illustration community.

just saw some insane vector art on reddit, someone was using Adobe Illustrator to make these intricate pixel art designs - definitely worth checking out if you're into that sort of thing

not sure if this is the right place for a non-Russian speaking person to join, but I'm super intrigued by the concept of vector and raster clip-art - what kind of software are you guys using to create these pieces? Anybody with some good resources for a beginner?
