I don't think this video still holds relevance today, but I gotta give props to Alex for being a pioneer in social media marketing back then. It's cool to see how far SMM has come since 2016. What are your thoughts on his strategies?

I'm not familiar with this "SMM-риэлтор" but it looks like a pretty old project. Can someone explain what this is and why it's been rehashed now? Is this some kinda revival?
