idk what's goin on here, but I'm thinkin avatar pics are usually 256x256 or smaller for most platforms. Can someone explain why 174x250 is necessary?

lol what's with the Russian title? Assuming you mean avatars for your profile pics, there are some sick designs online, or you could try making your own with something like Canva.
