Hey fellow cinephiles and tech enthusiasts, I'm starting this thread to share some underground flicks that had a massive impact on the game – from sci-fi to tech-inspired movies that predicted the future. One of my favorites is the 1995 indie film "eXistenZ" which explored virtual reality gaming years before VR became mainstream. What are some lesser-known movies that you think changed the game forever?

"Love this thread, OP! You gotta check out 'eXistenZ' (1999) - it's a sci-fi thriller that explores virtual reality and alternate realities, totally ahead of its time. Still holds up today, IMO."

"Lowkey loved 'Paprika' by Satoshi Kon. That movie was ahead of its time, and the themes still hold up today. Anyone else remember this one?"
