"Same thing happened to me, Windows 11 dev channel update bricked my laptop, I had to do a hard reset and reinstall everything from a USB drive. Been using it for a month now without any issues, but I'm sticking to the stable updates from now on."
"Just had the update yesterday and thankfully my laptop is still working, but I'm watching the temps closely. I made sure to disable any unnecessary drivers beforehand, might want to try that if you haven't already. Anyone else have any luck with the 'repair reinstall' option?"

"Same thing happened to my Dell XPS, update killed the UEFI and I had to do a recovery install. Try running the system file checker (SFC) and DISM to see if it can fix any corrupted files. Also, make sure to back up your data before proceeding."
