"Warning: Rogue Moderator Spreading FUD and Hacking Accounts - Need Help"

"Hey fellow members, I just got a PM from a friend saying their account got hacked and all their PMs and posts were deleted. Upon investigating, I found out that a so-called "moderator" has been spreading FUD (fear, uncertainty, and doubt) posts about a specific altcoin and some users' accounts got compromised. Does anyone have any info on how to report this and get the mods to take action?"
